Scaffolding, stage and platform solutions under one roof

We build temporary steel structures for disciplines ranging from construction to live events. Every job starts with an on-site survey and a technical review.

Layher Allround Modular Scaffolding

High load capacity scaffolding in circular, stepped and cantilevered geometries using the rosette-connected modular system.

  • Adapts to non-standard geometry
  • Fast erection and dismantling
  • High load class options

Facade and Building Scaffolding

Full-perimeter scaffolding for cladding, insulation, painting and restoration works on residential, office and public buildings.

  • Guardrails and toe boards as standard
  • Safe access via stair towers
  • Debris netting and sheeting

Industrial Scaffolding and Maintenance Platforms

Access platforms around boilers, silos, pipe racks and tanks during plant shutdowns in factories and power stations.

  • Shift work aligned to the shutdown plan
  • Suspended and cantilevered solutions in tight spaces
  • Enclosed platforms for maintenance crews

Concert Stages and Roof Structures

Main stages, stage roofs and load-bearing support structures erected with wind and rigging loads calculated in advance.

  • Designed for sound and lighting rigging loads
  • Backstage and ramp solutions
  • Handover aligned to the event schedule

Festival Infrastructure

Entrance gates, scenery carriers and temporary structures across multi-stage festival sites, planned as a single layout.

  • Multi-stage site planning
  • Scenery and branding carriers
  • Technical crew on site throughout the event

FOH, PA and LED Screen Towers

Safe erection of speaker towers, screen support structures, camera platforms and front-of-house mixer towers.

  • Ballast and anchoring to wind load
  • Camera and spotlight platforms
  • LED screen support structures

Grandstands, Podiums and Platforms

Temporary spectator stands, VIP platforms, catwalks and protocol areas built from modular platform systems.

  • Tiered seating layouts
  • Guardrails and evacuation stairs
  • Level adjustment on sloping ground

Water and Special Site Applications

Bespoke structures where standard solutions fall short — inside pools, along shorelines and on sloping terrain.

  • Pool and over-water platforms
  • Foundations on sloping or weak ground
  • Sensitive work on historic buildings
The system we use

Layher Allround: the industry standard in modular scaffolding

In the Allround system, rosettes welded to the standards allow eight connections from one node. Whatever the geometry of the structure, the scaffolding adapts to the building — not the other way round.

Configured per project

Curved facades, cantilevers, bridge soffits and stepped levels are solved with standard components.

Load and safety

Load class, platform width and anchoring plan follow the capacity the job actually requires.

Time saved

Few standard components mean fast erection — critical when the build-and-strike window is short.

Which solution goes where?

Very different jobs are covered by different configurations of the same system. The mapping below clarifies what we are talking about in each case.

Why Baulia

Scaffolding is not a material — it is engineering and site discipline

Quality comes down to the right system, the right calculation and the discipline of the crew that erects it. We provide all three.

Engineering and structural calculation

For non-standard work we prepare drawings and structural calculations before erection and arrive on site with an approved design.

Working-at-height discipline

Personal protective equipment, lifelines and guardrails are not open to negotiation; they are how we work.

Trained erection crews

We build with our own crews. Because the chain of responsibility stays intact, schedule and quality remain predictable.

Nationwide mobilisation

Material and crews are dispatched from our İzmir base; for out-of-town projects transport planning is part of the quotation.

Delivery to the schedule

In event work the rehearsal time is fixed. We plan the build backwards from that moment.

Shared material pool

A shared material and crew capacity with our sister company lets us mobilise large-scale projects in a single move.

How we work

One point of contact, from survey to dismantling

The same technical lead stays with you throughout: quotation, erection and handover are handled by one team.

Survey and measurement

We visit the site and assess ground conditions, access routes and the work schedule together with you.

Design and quotation

System layout, load class and bill of materials are produced, and an itemised quotation is issued.

Erection

Trained crews complete the build on the agreed schedule, in line with occupational safety rules.

Inspection and handover

The structure is inspected, a conformity and handover record is issued, and the scaffolding is released for use.

Dismantling and clearance

We dismantle, load out and clean the site at the end of the job, leaving the area as we found it.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask before a quotation

What is Layher Allround scaffolding and how does it differ from frame scaffolding?
Layher Allround is a modular system whose standards carry welded rosettes, allowing eight connections from a single node. Compared with frame scaffolding it adapts to circular, stepped or cantilevered geometries, offers higher load classes, and shortens erection and dismantling time considerably.
Is renting or buying scaffolding more suitable?
For projects with a defined duration, renting is usually more economical because it removes material investment, storage and periodic maintenance costs. Industrial plants that use scaffolding continuously may consider purchasing. We review project duration, height and reuse frequency together and recommend the model that fits.
Do you provide structural calculations and drawings?
Yes. For non-standard heights, cantilevers, roof structures or stage constructions we prepare technical drawings and structural calculations before erection, and issue an inspection and handover record once the structure is complete.
Do you work all over Türkiye?
We dispatch crews and material nationwide from our base in Menemen, İzmir. Mobilisation within the Aegean region is fast; for other provinces transport and accommodation planning is included in the quotation.
How long does a concert or festival stage build take?
It depends on stage span, roof load, ground conditions and the number of towers on the same site. Once the event schedule is fixed we produce a day-by-day erection plan after the site survey and commit to the handover time required for rehearsals and sound checks.
How do you handle occupational safety and insurance?
Our crews work to working-at-height rules; personal protective equipment, lifelines and platform guardrails are standard practice. We supply the project safety file, material conformity documents and the required insurance paperwork.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Project location, type of work (facade, industrial, stage and so on), approximate height and facade length, duration of use, and architectural or site plans if available. We give a budget price from this and a firm quotation after the site survey.
